This program really got me thinking
about my kids. I am encouraged to reconnect with my children.
This tells me it is not too late, and there is hope. I am so
pleased this type of experience and education is available to us
in the situation we are in. Congratulations on a job so well
done.

I am a parent in jail. My kids come
to see me. They always wish that I was home. Now there is
something I can give to them when I get out.

the people whose income doesn�t even take care of basic needs.
Our kids are always in the middle. This programs gives me
something I can do for my kids.

through no fault of his own. I want my son to be proud of me. I

of with my son. It says �Daddy loves you.�

NYSLC is an excellent program. I
believe �Rebuilding Families� should be a national model. There
are so many children in the U.S. with incarcerated parents. This
gives us something to give to our children who did nothing and
have gone through our struggle.

It gives me a chance to share how I feel, my true feelings, not
feelings of anger because I feel like a failure. I love my

I feel this program is the most
positive way to reconnect broken families. If there were more of
these programs, there would be more understanding of the need to
reconnect broken families. People need to understand there are
people who fall short of what they really want to happen in
their lives. They have feelings, and it�s hard to show them.
